HUD will now require radon testing and radon reduction (when levels are 4 or higher) in multifamily structures. This new law will save lives by reducing risk of radon-induced lung cancer for low-income HUD families. SWAT Environmental is now offering radon mitigation franchises to assist in the effort.

National Radon Week 2012 | SWAT Environmental Radon Mitigation Franchises
October 15-21, 2012 is Federal Radon Awareness Week in the United States. S.W.A.T. Environmental and SWAT Radon Mitigation Franchising is sponsoring the drive to create awareness about radon gas in the United States. All homes should be tested during this federal awareness campaign.
